1. How will I get my eBook or audiobook?
Your eBooks and audiobooks are delivered automatically to the email address you used at checkout.
2. How does the process work?
You should get an email from BookFunnel immediately upon purchase. If the email hasn’t arrived within 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder—or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

3. How will I read my eBook or listen to my audiobook?
You should be able to load your book on most devices. There will be instructions on how to do that on the download page.
The easiest way is to install the Bookfunnel app on your eReader. There will be instructions for this with your download. You automatically have your own book library at BookFunnel.
Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com.
Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel.
4. Will the BookFunnel app work on my device?
The BookFunnel app is available for Android, iOS Apple devices, and Amazon Kindle Fire tablets. If you are having trouble downloading the BookFunnel app on your device, please email: help@bookfunnel.com.
You can also read on your computer using Chrome or Firefox browser.
If you have a U.S. mailing address, you may order paperbacks and paperback bundles. You should receive your U.S. paperbacks within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
Digital goods: eBooks, audiobook, and gift cards.
For eBooks, there will be an excerpt provided on the product page so you can get a feel for the book and the writing style before you purchase.
For audiobooks, there will be a listening sample. Please listen to the sample first to see if you enjoy it.
Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Refunds for physical goods:
There is no return for a change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to tracking).
For refund queries, please contact shopping@michellemiles.net within 7 days of receiving your product (according to tracking). Please use the subject “returns” and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of the faulty item. If the item is faulty, we will refund or resend your item - your choice. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
